The sauna was a welcome escape after long conference days, while the city views from my room were genuinely breathtaking. Breakfast could use more variety.

spacious rooms, artistic lobby interiors, dedicated dining spaces
For the prices charged, the wallpaper is coming off the walls!!! Exposed wires connected to the TV create a safety hazard. The decor is incredibly outdated, making it feel quite tired and in desperate need of a makeover!!!

great stay but room could use updates
The room provided stunning city views that enhanced my stay. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout, which provided ample room to move around. Additionally, the sauna offered an inviting escape that allowed me to unwind comfortably after busy days.
The decor felt outdated and needs refreshing.

The Deluxe Double room was spacious but required better cleanliness as I found it dusty under the bed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which positively impacted the stay, especially during breakfast, where traditional meals were offered. However, the breakfast experience felt overcrowded, with limited international options. Additionally, the sauna provided a relaxing retreat after a long day, making it a noteworthy feature of the hotel.

Incredible Views from a Spacious Room
My stay on the 21st floor offered breathtaking views of the city that I genuinely didn't expect. The room was surprisingly large and featured both a bathtub and a separate shower, which added a touch of luxury. Breakfast was satisfactory with a reasonable variety. However, the process of crossing the street can be daunting due to the heavy traffic!

The Grand Plaza Hotel is a massive establishment with spacious rooms offering breathtaking views from high floors. My room, located on the 21st floor, featured a separate bathtub and shower, providing a luxurious experience. The dining options were satisfactory, with a variety of choices available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The business center was well-equipped, aiding in the completion of my work tasks efficiently.
Some amenities, like the directions for the toilet, were lacking.

Great views but some hiccups
I stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Room and the views from the 19th floor were just amazing! The staff was super friendly, but the air con was pretty annoying, just couldn’t get it to cool down right. Breakfast had a nice variety, and I loved the bar for some evening chill time. A little dusty in the room too.

Recommend it for couples
Staff communication was surprisingly good. One evening, we needed a late snack and the kitchen was shut down, but the staff made an exception and rustled something up for us, saved us from hunger like a hero in a crummy action movie.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience had its moments.
